Wendy and I really enjoyed your performance last night in Chattanooga, but we have always enjoyed your performances on video and just listening to you wherever. At the Tivoli theater, I almost fell out of the last row through the curtains to shake your hand right before you started down the center aisle. You're just really great.

Enjoed your performance lst night in Chattanooga, Tennessee. With your style, and voice, I'd love to see you add the great O.C. Smith hit, "Little Green Apples" to your list. I bet you would be wonderful with it.. Long live "The DUKE"..

We watch doowop on educational stations and are great fans of 60s music, but your performance tonight was spectacular...nothing like being there and seeing you live and in action. Thank you for an outstanding evening!!! Hope to see you live at another time.

We saw you tonight for the second time. The first time was in Cincinnati. I was lucky enough tonight to have a back stage pass and was able to talk to you. We love seeing you. The stage lights up when you come on. Thanks for being a GREAT person as well as a GREAT entertainer. I hope I can see you again real soon.

Gene,
We saw you last night in Toledo and you were everything that I had hoped for. In the 60's in my home town of Pittsburgh, PA I was the "Duke of Earl" and as you know there was, and is, in Pittsburgh, a home for doo-wop and we were "KING" of the sound. There was not a song that I could not sing last night and my bones ache this morning from all the moves I was making last night. THANKS to you and all your FRIENDS that showed us that Doo-Wop is more that still alive...... John & Peggy

This is an EXCELLENT site, as i am a fan of 60s music!
"Nothing can stop Me" is one of my favourite tunes, as it regularly gets played at a club i regularly attend ( specialising in 60s soul & jamaican music )in my home town of London, U.K.

May you & your music live on!!
